There is now a page for this world quest. The Azsuna version is Like the Wind, so I migrated the info that I had previously posted here to that page. There is actually another Kirin Tor world quest in Azsuna, called 'Like the Wind'. It does not seem to have a page up on Wowhead yet, but it is a real pain in the butt puzzle quest.
Exotics are acquired in a variety of ways. Pre-order exotic weapons become available when you hit level 20, and absolutely every player who goes through the campaign will get the Sunshot, Riskrunner, or Graviton Lance for completing the Sacrilege mission (the other two you don't pick during the mission will be available as random drops later in the game).The rest are either rewards for specific exotic weapon quests, loot gained for public events and Crucible matches, or random drops as exotic engrams that must be decrypted. I fought with this WQ for ages and was getting really annoyed with it. I kept dropping bombs, amid the ones others were dropping, and still nothing was revealed. In my boredom, I decided I would take out my frustration on the Fel Houndmaster. After it died, I dropped a bomb and a demon appeared!
