Adding Predator To Ghost Recon Is A Cool Idea That Doesn't Work. It’s a great concept; Wildlands ’ gunplay and atmospheric open world are among its major strengths, and a battle against a stealth camouflaged alien death beast brings both of these things into focus. Unfortunately, the boss fight itself is a bullet sponge. When I saw kill the predator as the first solo challenge, I was like “ugh, you kidding me?” But I just said screw it and tried it and managed to pass it on the first attempt. Damn, lucky me. Then I saw the next solo challenge because I didn’t look earlier and hmm, do El Sueno on extreme without dying and only with handguns.

Yes you can kill the Predator starting tomorrow. But all of his gear will cost you money it seems. Ubisoft decide to allow one person to have exclusive access to the Predator gear, which was OK.

Can't Kill Predator Ghost Recon

But allowed him to walk through the mission. Spoiling any chance of it being 'Hard or a Surprise' tomorrow since you only have to watch their twitch stream now, to see the locations, of were you hunt the Predator.

Instead of just having him tell everyone what will happen. Thank goodness he didn't finish it and totally spoil everything. So we will receive 'Something' tomorrow for our rewards. I will still do my Complete Walk Through tomorrow as usual.

Have fun!OTHER LINKS. Before he shoots his death cannon, you can see his tracking laser marking his target. So if you see the laser around you, or in your general location, break line of sight with cover. I've never tried it, but it's possible the laser designator will be visible with NVGs. If the laser isn't targeting you, and instead is targeting a teammate or AI squad mate, this is an opportunity to unload into him with whatever you're using; an LMG is what I recommend. It's also a pretty long fight.

It will slog on for a while, so don't be discouraged. He's a pretty hefty bullet sponge. If you run low, be sure to restock: there should be an ammo crate in the area. So find it, and be sure to know how to get back to it.There's no rush. So pace yourself. I did the mission with the AI squad and let them revive eachother. The only time I had to revive one was when all three were downed by the Preds shoulder cannon.

Mostly, I used them as decoys, so the Predator would target them, and I'd be free to unload into him.The fight was pretty predictable too. I was able to drop some c4 in spots he routinely moved to and hit him with one every now and again; drop one, wait for him to be within the radius, detonate. Guard dog lift station control. Repeat. All in all, good luck!. It really comes down to the team. A good team with fast revive and good lock on time can shoot him when he first appears and revive a fallen before getting locked on.I've been in many shitty teams, what happens is one guy got gunned down. Next guy goes to revive him, gets gunned down before revive is finished. And third and forth guy the same.

If you see a team like that, just jump out of the match since there is no point in trying again when they didn't upgrade their revive speed. When you can do personally is, if you get locked on, run orthogonal to the laser or hid behind a tree. Don't attempt to cancel his lock on by shooting him because he has a good chance of getting that shot off anyways. I honestly think load out doesn't matter. The predator mission is stand alone. What I mean is, difficulty or tier level don't matter, it's more about landing shots. He is his own difficulty, and your weapon damage is all the same (kinda).

The

The predator has a damage threshold. To beat him, all you need to do is make sure that Everytime he drops his cloak, at least one person is hitting him(obviously better if all). If enough shots and or damage is dealt, he'll retreat. And that's it, keep landing shots.

I kill him with my mp7 no problem. If done in co-op, and someone goes down. (Always happens). 9 times outta 10 hell shoot the person reviving.

So the squad needs to cover the revive person. Keep your distance from the revive!

Follow the laser that is pointed at your team mate back to the predator and open fire! After several repetitions, hell eventually go ballistic and remain uncloaked. This is when you just open up on him, from all angles. In closing, no load out doesn't matter. Do what you feel, man 😎.
